Caroline Claus

Caroline, who grew up right here in Wexford, first discovered yoga at Penn State in 2004. Her practice continued when she moved back to Pittsburgh for graduate school, where it helped her balance work, school, and all the craziness in between. After she became a Registered Dietitian, she realized that yoga provided a mind-body connection that not only benefited her psychologically, but physiologically as well. In 2010 she decided to become certified as an instructor and completed her training in October. Currently, Caroline works as a clinical dietitian at UPMC Passavant. She firmly believes that everyone has the ability to create and nourish a wholesome, healthy life, and that the key ingredient…is yoga.
