Lead with Heart. Teach with Purpose.

200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training Begins This Fall

You’ve had powerful experiences on your yoga mat; moments where you felt joyful and free and just more like you. The next step is here.

Join Stray Dog Yoga for a special 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training starting this fall, created and led by your own Stray Dog teachers. Whether you feel called to teach or are simply interested in deepening your understanding of yoga and your own practice, teacher training can be a transformative journey that touches all aspects of your life, both on and off the mat. This 200 hour training has been built upon the aspects of Stray Dog that you know and love–powerful movement in a heated room paired with connection and heart–while also delving into the rich and vast philosophy of yoga.

2025-2026 Dates and Attendance

The Stray Dog faculty is dedicated to real time contact for the full 200 hours (no recordings!), so we’ve spread the training over 10 weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)  and 8 Wednesday evenings  to accommodate busy schedules and lives.

All weekend dates will be held in person, at either the studio or a nearby location, Friday 6-9 pm and Saturday/Sunday 8 am-5 pm. A typical weekend schedule will include morning lecture and discussion, a midday faculty-led heated practice, a break, and afternoon lecture and practice teaching.

All Wednesday evening dates will be held virtually, from 6-8:30 pm. A typical Wednesday evening will include lecture and discussion, where you can participate comfortably from your own home.
